Our latest session in our popular series of interactive and practical Operational Risk workshops will focus on Operational Risk Appetite.

Our free workshop will be hosted by Helen Pykhova, Director of The OpRisk Company. Helen is well known in the industry as a respected Operational Risk Trainer and former Director of the Institute of Operational Risk, responsible for the Institute’s Educational portfolio.

You decide: Have we mastered the Operational Risk Appetite or are we still on a journey?

The workshop will commence with a short introductory talk followed by live poll and group work to:

  • Discuss how to express Operational Risk appetite using essential OR tools;
  • Examine ‘good’ and ‘not so good’ examples of Appetite statements and
  • Practice developing a meaningful risk appetite statement.

The session will be followed by drinks and canapes from 5:30pm.

When: Thursday 19th September 4:00pm for a 4:30pm start, 6:00pm finish
