We have a current opportunity for a Management Accountant on a permanent basis. For further information about this position please apply.-

I’m currently partnering with a well-established, PE backed Residential Property Company that is looking to bring on a new Management Accountant in their high performing Manchester based team.

The business has strong growth and development plans. Having already created more than 1500 homes, which shall be more than quadrupled within the next 5 years with a substantial financial backing to ensure these aspirations are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing timely and accurate management accounts for at least 6 subsidiary companies and this will continue to increase
• Preparing Accruals and Prepayments for month end
• Balance sheet reconciliation
• Monthly revenue recognition and reconciliation
• Recharge of intercompany invoices
• Intercompany reconciliation
• Fuel Card reconciliation
• Monthly Eque2 cost scrape report
• Weekly cash email along with working capital analysis
• Pre-development cost reports
• Assisting in other ad hoc tasks when required and general support to the finance team

The ideal candidate will be CIMA or ACCA qualified or finalist, having demonstrable management accounts experience within a Construction or Development company. They are eager to bring on someone wanting to continue their professional development, whilst having the ability to git the ground running with most aspects of the role.
