Scrum Master to lead the enhancement of internally developed Customer Facing Products.
As a Scrum Master for Customer Products, you will be leading an internal scrum development team which will play a crucial role in facilitating the development and delivery of new features to software solutions that directly impact our customers’ experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and with the highest quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a servant leader for the Agile development team, ensuring they follow Scrum practices and principles.
- Facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritise and manage the product backlog.
- Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder the team’s progress and success.
- Mentor and guide team members on Agile methodologies and best practices.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and help the team become more self-organising.
Experience required:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master for software development teams.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum principles, practices, and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- A deep understanding of software development processes and technologies.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Ability to work with stakeholders and address ambiguity or uncertainty to deliver a clear roadmap for delivery.
