We have a current opportunity for a Project Finance Manager on a permanent basis. The position will be based in London. For further information about this position please apply.

Our client is a leading developer in London and the South east, primarily of high end residential property. Whilst this market stabilizes after several years of price growth, the management of the ongoing projects of this company are crucial to their future. With this in mind they are now seeking an experience project accountant who has first-hand experience of development schemes in London and the South East.

The successful candidate will:

• Maintain project appraisals to ensure integrity in all reporting
• Work with the development team to maximise project returns
• Work with the financial reporting and FP&A teams to ensure accurate monthly reporting and forecasting
• Ensure that the CFO is full briefed on all aspects of each project
• Work with senior management to ensure that the Board are comfortable with all financial aspects of each scheme

The new appointee will be:

• A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Have a background in real estate and/or construction
• An exposure to residential development will be useful
• Have a number of years’ experience in project accounting
• Be a good communicator with both finance and non-finance colleagues
• Have a genuine interest in property development
