We have a current opportunity for a Treasury Manager on a permanent basis. The position will be based in West London. For further information about this position please apply.

Our client is a major real estate developer focusing on a variety of asset classes, primarily commercial, residential and leisure. As a result of a re-assessment of their resources they have decided to appoint a Treasury Manager to work with the senior management team.

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

• To manage alongside the Assistant Treasurer, the daily operations of the group which includes managing the group’s cash on a day-to-day basis.
• Place deposits and/or draw down funds from available facilities or intragroup balances, weekly and monthly reporting on the Group’s cash and net position, FX spot, forward and swap trading and lending cash intra-group as and when required.
• Primary ownership of all banking mandates across the Group to ensure they are up to date and in line with approved group policies.
• Ownership of the Treasury payment system, including Bank compliance reporting and covenant testing.
• Responsibility for management and reporting all intragroup loans, including trading and non-trading balances.
• Improve treasury operation process gaps, manage risk registers, and manage times frame for refinancing.
• Maintenance of the Group’s banking relationships for cash management and FX trading.
• Manage the opening and closing of bank accounts including KYC requirements and banking administration.
• Liaise with Group auditors at year end to provide requested documents.
• Develop strong relationships between Treasury, Business Units and the Business Accounting and Process Teams , to ensure smooth day to day treasury operations.

  The New Appointee will be:

(1) Qualified MCT or ACMT.

(2) Show demonstrable corporate treasury experience in Group companies in any sector.

(3) Possessing of good presentation skills , experience of Treasury systems desirable.

(4) Knowledge of Dynamics 365, IFS or other well-known accounting systems is advantageous.

(5) Experienced in electronic banking platforms.

(6) Able to show strong communication skills and be an enthusiastic and motivational individual.

(7) In possession of good interpersonal skills and have a track record of showing nous and initiative.

(8) Comfortable developing stakeholder relationships.
