About the Role:

• working in the European Procurement Transformation Practice, which is based in the UK out of our London office. Working with C-suite executives in the sourcing function, you will design and implement professional services sourcing strategies which enable your clients to access the right strategic partners, digital solutions, transformational services and commercial models to support their business objectives on the best terms the market has to offer.
• Working with our market-leading team of experts you will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and growing significant client relationships (£2.2m in Director sales annually and £2.2m in supervised revenue annually), client retention and with respect to the Sourcing consultancy and broader Business Transformation service line. ​
• In addition, you will also be responsible for coaching, mentoring, supervising and developing the consulting resources, and for leadership oversight across a portfolio of projects that span the complete professional services sourcing lifecycle. ​

What we’re looking for:

• Recognised as a category expert in professional services sourcing
• Extensive professional services sourcing experience and the highest level
• Extensive “hands on” sourcing consulting experience leading and developing complex solutions working with executive teams​
• Expert knowledge of
• Deep knowledge of current and emerging market trends​
• Consulting experience  around business transformation, digital technologies and strategic sourcing​
• ​

About the Offer: 

Salary of c £100,000 + bonus + benefits
