We have a current opportunity for a Fund Analyst on a permanent basis. The position will be based in London. For further information about this position please apply.

A significant fund management house, operating within UK & Europe with a focus on CORE Funds are seeking an analyst, ideally with an additional language, to join the team.

The role will give the successful candidate access to new and existing roles, capital raising, asset management and the reporting of the portfolios under management. While numerical skills are key as a large part of the role will require modelling, this is not the full extent of the role and encourage candidates with reasonable modelling to apply.

Job requirements

• Develop complex fund models and perform rigorous financial analysis of investment opportunities
• The role will include analysis of underlying real estate through to a net investor position, including relevant debt, tax and corporate expenditure on a historic and forecast basis, and developing and maintaining cash flow forecasts
• Analyse potential investment acquisition opportunities at both corporate and asset level
• Assist in developing business plans, hold/sell decisions, and portfolio strategies
• Modelling of fund and investor level returns and quantifying risk
• Preparation of investor and debt reporting requirements
• Coordination of fund data (historical & KPI information) and financial returns calculation across all funds
• Assist with technical infrastructure projects, business Intelligence, and streamlining of property and financial analysis for investor/bank reporting
• Help prepare reports for acquisitions and disposals in conjunction with the investment and research teams as required
