They take great pride in the relationships they build with landowners partners and take great care to manage those relationships through each and every process.  

About the role:

Reporting to the Development Director and as part of the Land and Development team, you will be responsible for site search and planning appraisals for new opportunities. You will be responsible for managing the planning promotion of existing and new sites through the planning system including local plan promotion, planning application and appeals as well as advising and negotiating Section 106 agreements. You will also be accountable for attending planning committee meetings and manage relationships with promotion partners and landowvers. 

What We’re Looking for:

You are an experienced planning professional with good knowledge and experience of the planning system and planning promotion, be that via local plan promotion and/or planning applications and appeals. The ideal candidate with ideally have 3-5 years’ experience post MRTPI accreditation, proficient in IT and has experience working for the public sector, a developer, promoter or consultancy.
