About the Client:

My client is an established house builder whose brand is instantly recognisable who are looking to expand their team in the Midland region. They are a proud business and well renowned in the industry for building a design led high product throughout the country. With a true passion for quality, strong culture and long history of success they are expanding their operations and looking to either appoint a Senior Strategic Land Manager or someone who can heap up their strategic land team.

About the role:

Reporting to the Managing Director and working alongside the Head of Land, the Strategic Land Manager will head up all strategic land acquisitions, identifying profitable development sites in specific ‘pockets’ of the Midlands. You will play an important part in ensuring that the business has land in place to satisfy the business plan.  

What We’re Looking for:

You are an experienced planning professional who is looking to expand their skills and experience into land acquisition. It is not imperative to have previous land acquisition experience, although it would put you at an advantage, it’s more about the person, your approach, character and attitude.
