My client is an out of town Retail / Storage business with a quality international portfolio.

As a result of continued growth and development they require a Construction Project Manager to join the small, experienced property team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well establish market leading organisation and really develop your career. This is a field-based role reporting into a HQ in London.  

The role

As a highly motivated individual you will manage the delivery of major capital enhancement projects and new store developments within London and the M25.

The successful candidate will participate in the building design, ensure maintenance of the construction schedules, elaborate the review of proposals and change orders, collaborate with external Project Managers, solve day-to-day construction issues; coordinate the final walk-thru inspection and the sign off of each projects punch list. The average job cost is 10 to 20 MIO GBP per project.

Experience

• You have a minimum of 5+ years multi-site construction experience ideally with several new builds in retail/logistic environment (not residential).
• Construction experience on the customer side (as opposed to the contractor) is considered an advantage. Competencies
