PSD are hiring for an experienced Real Estates Senior Analyst l for a UK & European Focussed, PE Investment Fund, 2 plus years PQE Senior Analyst within a transactions environment.

The Role:-

• Screening & underwriting, Financial Modelling & Investor reporting.
• Transactional due diligence, including modelling, valuation budgeting, financial reporting, and transactional research.
• On-going liaison with JV partners for the performance of their duties including monthly reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas are key.
• Post transaction management of assets including working within the team to assist in the managing of investment cashflows, developing and maintaining projected cashflow budgets, actual performance versus original projections, distributions, development cashflow and drawdown monitoring and forecast future liquidity requirements and anticipated returns.
• This will suit someone who have had exposure to ideally logistics, residential or hotel asset classes, the candidate should have strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas are key.
