The Chief Innovation and Technology Officer’s role is a new role working for a property business who are leading the way in the way that digital products are used across their business and by their customers.

As an organisation they focus on the higher end of the residential market and are expanding their residential sales business to include a new rental offering.  Their digital products are focused on improving business operations and customer experience, whilst doing so in an innovative and industry leading manner; this role will lead their digital product thinking and drive their product strategy, whilst also enabling them to enter into the private rental market.

From a technology perspective they are keen to embrace technology, not just in their business operations and through their customers’ journey but also to include the way that their houses are managed and controlled as well as expanding that across the communities they build.

The Chief Innovation and Technology Officer will have a strong background in digital product development, with experience of leading design thinking and a strategic approach to product evolution, ideally from a B2C business (or function) which uses technology extensively to enhance their customers’ experience.
