We have a current opportunity for a Senior Analyst on a permanent basis. The position will be based in London-Europe. For further information about this position please apply.

I am working with a top property investment business who creates sophisticated investment strategies across all major real estate asset classes located Europe.

The business is an asset management firm focusing on European asset-backed corporate and real estate special situations investments, and they are seeking a senior Analyst.

Key tasks

• Develop both asset and fund-level financial models, with a particular focus on operational real estate.
• Assist in the underwriting and acquisition of a deals
• Preparation and presentation of deal materials to Investment Committee from deal screening to closing.
• investment analysis, including pricing and financial modelling
• Present transaction negotiations on a positive terms and conditions, structuring and execution on both sell side and buy side.
• Prepare, present, and submit development appraisals and loan book valuations.
