We have a current opportunity for a Maintenance-Building-Project Surveyor on a permanent basis. The position will be based in London. For further information about this position please apply.

My client has a long and illustrious history within the licensed leisure industry. They have a significant free hold property portfolio and some exceptional pub and hotel sites within Central London and the South.

The Role:

A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a junior Surveyor to join the Estates team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is Interested in working in Estates has a degree level qualification – ideally Building Surveyor or Quantity Surveying.

You will be extensively trained as an Area Surveyor and have responsibility for assigned property maintenance and capital projects within the allocated property portfolio (approx. 20- 30 properties). This includes scheduling, budgeting, specification and supervision of works, managing contractors and consultants to deliver value for money to the highest standards of quality.  You’ll also provide professional advice to other internal departments. 

You will be able to gain a professional qualification and with mentoring support and practical hands-on experience you’ll develop into the role of Area Surveyor with a leading Pub and hotel operator.
