We have a current opportunity for a Senior Asset Manager on a permanent basis. The position will be based in London/Europe. For further information about this position please apply.

I am working with a top property investment business who creates sophisticated investment strategies across all major real estate asset classes located in Western Europe.

The business has been growing significantly over the last two years and is now pushing into new sectors and markets, to date they have deployed capital mainly into the Office, Hotel and residential sectors in the UK and Europe

This pro active business engages in an entrepreneurial and hands-on approach, directly driven by the strong involvement of its principals.

Key tasks

• Help assess new opportunities
• Prepare with the team business plans for new opportunities
• Working on cash flow models to carry out an in-depth assessment of the requirements and structuring new deals
• Managing leasing campaigns across portfolio.
• Instruct and oversee external consultants and professional teams including leasing agents, lawyers, building surveyors, planning and sustainability consultants as well as property managers.
• Creating information memorandums which cover similar aspects to that of a lending credit paper. IMs detail the debt structure, covenants, the asset/portfolio, business plans, the local market, and the sponsor/borrower.
• Structuring and delivering optimal debt solutions for complex real estate opportunities in the UK and Europe
• Involvement in the deal execution and documentation process.
• Confidence in liaising with capital partners and problem solving on AM tasks
