This growing organisation is looking to appoint a Head of Operations to lead c.300 FTE and growing who work across several locations and hybrid. The organisation provides services to various clients, with a number of SLAs and requirements in place, The role will be instrumental in re-establishing and building the culture post Covid-19 as part of a full-scale and exciting business transformation & growth strategy which is touching every part of the organisation. The role will be on site several days a week and working hybrid on others.
