We have a current opportunity for a Integrated Solutions Portfolio Leader on a permanent basis. For further information about this position please apply.

About the Client: 

• A major global player in the international energy sector.
• Recognised as one of the UK’s premier decarbonisation solutions providers.
• Led by a highly experienced executive leadership team.
• A long and varied project pipeline encompassing minor and major private and public sector energy projects.

About the Role:

• End-to-end ownership of a diverse portfolio of projects (c. £10 – £50mil each) predominantly focussing on integrated solutions within the public sector including Solar, Battery Storage, CHP, EV Infrastructure, Heat Pumps and Energy Efficiency measures.
• Ensuring the successful planning and delivery of complex multi-faceted projects whilst proactively developing the solutions offering within your technical space.
• Direct leadership of a dispersed team of Project Managers/Senior Project Managers.
• Overall P&L responsibility for all mechanical solutions projects.

What we are looking for:

• A confident leader who is comfortable directing dispersed and varied teams across multiple functions and projects.
• Multi-disciplined decarbonisation champion, with specific expertise in some of the following solutions – including Solar, Battery Storage, CHP, EV Infrastructure, Heat Pumps and Energy Efficiency measures.
• Broad leadership experience, covering complex multi-faceted projects within the public and private sectors.
• Significant commercial and contractual knowledge covering key contracts including PPAs, MF1, NEC, FIDIC etc.
• Degree + Postgraduate Qualification preferred (Masters).
• Project management certification (I.E. APM, PMP etc) or extensive relevant experience.

About the Offer:

• Base salary c. £100k.
• Company car or cash allowance.
• Lucrative bonus scheme (Up to 40%).
