About the Client:

• One of the UK’s largest integrated facilities management companies.
• Delivering a range of FM services to a varied public and private sector client base.

About the Role:

• Leading facilities management procurement across a broad range of public and private sector clients.
• Management of subcontractor spend across the region.
• Regular travel throughout the region meeting with client stakeholders.
• Total addressable external spend c. £45m per annum. What we are looking for:
• Knowledge within the facilities management or related industries.
• Strong stakeholder manager, comfortable advising and engaging with senior client stakeholders.
• Strong financial and technical acumen.
• Relevant degree + MCIPS is ideal.

About the Offer:

• Up to £45,000 per annum base salary.
• Company car. • 5% bonus.
