About the Client:

• One of the UK’s premier asset management companies.
• Delivering a range of property services to national investor clients.

About the Role:

• Leading facilities management and energy procurement across a range of investor clients nationally.
• Management of a diverse subcontractor base.
• Total addressable external spend c. £60m per annum.

What we are looking for:

• Strong knowledge within the facilities management or related industries.
• Previous energy and utilities procurement experience.
• Strong stakeholder manager, comfortable advising and engaging with senior client stakeholders.
• Strong financial and technical acumen.
• Relevant degree + MCIPS is essential.

About the Offer:

• Up to £65,000 per annum base salary.
• 5-10% bonus.
• Private healthcare, matched pension, 25 days holiday etc.
