We have a current opportunity for a Procurement Manager – FM (Scotland/North East) on a permanent basis. The position will be based in London. For further information about this position please apply.
About the Client:
- One of the UK’s largest integrated facilities management companies.
- Delivering a range of FM services to a varied public and private sector client base.
About the Role:
- Leading facilities management procurement across a broad range of public and private sector clients.
- Management of subcontractor spend across the region.
- Regular travel throughout the region meeting with client stakeholders.
- Total addressable external spend c. £50m per annum.
What we are looking for:
- Knowledge within the facilities management or related industries.
- Strong stakeholder manager, comfortable advising and engaging with senior client stakeholders.
- Strong financial and technical acumen.
- Relevant degree + MCIPS is ideal.
About the Offer:
- Up to £52,000 per annum base salary.
- Company car.
- 5% bonus.
