Delivering a range of FM services to a varied public and private sector client base.
About the Role:
Leading facilities management procurement across a broad range of public and private sector clients.
Management of subcontractor spend across the region.
Regular travel throughout the region meeting with client stakeholders.
Total addressable external spend c. £50m per annum.
What we are looking for:
Knowledge within the facilities management or related industries.
Strong stakeholder manager, comfortable advising and engaging with senior client stakeholders.
Strong financial and technical acumen.
Relevant degree + MCIPS is ideal.
About the Offer:
Up to £52,000 per annum base salary.
