We have a current opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant (Technology). The position will be based in our Haywards Heath office.

psd has particular expertise in the increasingly important area of payments & transactions, as well as electronics, IoT, industrial and manufacturing technologies. We serve clients around the world across a broad range of sectors and categories, spanning commerce and industry, financial services, and banking.

The role: 

We are looking for an experienced recruiter with a demonstrable track record of business development and project delivery. Operating at a senior level within a defined technology market sector, the successful candidate will liaise with the key decision makers, establishing their requirements and delivering a high quality, consultative recruitment service.  

Requirements:  

• A proven track record of achievement within a recruitment/executive search consultant role.
• Experience of delivering assignments at mid to senior level. Sector experience is an advantage, but not essential.
• Ability to proactively build a client base from existing and new contacts and deliver a broad range of search and selection services.

This position comes with a very competitive basic salary and an open-ended commission scheme which includes a 50% of net fees level.
