We have a current opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant – Residential Development on a permanent basis. The position will be based in Manchester.
PSD is a market leader in board, management and executive recruitment for the Property & Construction sector. We recruit for operational and functional positions worldwide including in commercial and mixed use development, residential development, affordable and PRS, fund management, private equity, banking, property services, retail and leisure, as well as FM and support services. Our specialist teams recruit across the UK, Europe, Middle East and Asia.
psd’s Residential Development practice has been established for 27 years and is a very successful business in our organisation. Due to the success of this practice and the high volume of work that comes with it, we are looking to hire an established recruitment consultant to join our team in Manchester, who will take on a significant client base in Affordable Housing and PRS/Build-to-Rent and develop it accordingly in the rapidly changing housing sector.

This position comes with a very competitive basic salary and an open-ended commission scheme which includes a 50% of net fees level.
