Within Customer Contact we have a strong team focussing on mid/senior management to board level across Contact Centre, Customer Experience and HR placements.
We are seeking an experienced consultant to focus on placing Customer Contact & CX professionals, at senior management and board level into one of psd’s major sectors – Banking & Financial Services. There is an enviable client base consisting of many long standing psd customers. By adding in this crucial functional expertise, we expect our clients to see that our coverage is both extensive and specialist.
The Role:
This is a 360-recruitment role, allowing you to be involved in all areas of the recruitment cycle. You will benefit from direct access to the expertise of our leadership team, who will support your career development whilst sharing their own experience and extensive networks.
This role will sit alongside a manager and you will be focusing on Financial Services and associated clients.

This position comes with a very competitive basic salary and an open-ended commission scheme which includes a 50% of net fees level.
