psd’s Information Technology & Business Change practice is one of the most established and successful parts of the company with a team of consultants who specialise in a range of industry sectors.

The role: 

We currently have a vacancy for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join the Financial Services & Banking team within our Information Technology and Business Change practice. Specifically, this role will focus on working with clients in the Insurance Sector covering General Insurance, London markets, Life and pensions and the technology vendors who provide solutions to these sectors.

We are looking for Consultants who have experience in placing IT and / or Business Change professionals within financial services sectors (Investment Management, Insurance, Payments, FinTech). These are 360-degree roles where the Consultants will be expected to win business with new clients and deliver on all assignments. Our consultants work at mid to senior level placing both contract / interim and permanent candidates.

 Requirements:  

• A proven track record of achievement within a recruitment/executive search consultant role.
• Experience of delivering assignments at mid to senior level. IT / Business Change and / or Insurance sector experience is an advantage, but not essential.
• Ability to proactively build a client base from existing and new contacts and deliver a broad range of recruitment, search and selection services.

This position comes with a very competitive basic salary and an open-ended commission scheme which includes a 50% of net fees level.
