The Company

I am supporting an independently owned real estate investment business with a strong track record hire an Investment Associate. The business is experienced in all aspects of the residential and commercial sectors in the UK and Europe, and negotiates direct property and corporate transactions, advises on appropriate capital structures, procures third party financing and provides pro-active asset management and development services.

The Role

• Associate level on the investment team doing acquisitions and working on existing assets.
• Should have 3 – 6 years’ experience in a similar role at another real estate firm, or comparable
• experience at a PE fund, investment bank, etc.
• Execute value-add investment opportunities. including the analysing, forecasting and modelling of relevant cash flows, and presenting of proposals for approval.
• Create and enhance market relationships with agents, owners/principals and tenants
• Manage related third parties, e.g. consultants, managing agents, contractors, etc.

The Ideal Person:

Team player, with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills for effective collaboration, while also being able to be self-sufficient and use common sense.

You must have relevant UK real estate transactional experience.
