Ambitious, high growth FinTech business operating in over 20 countries.
About the Role:
Due to substantial growth our FinTech client is in the process of rolling out a new global operating structure for Human Resources. As a result, they are looking to appoint specialist HR Business Partners to lead some of their international offices.
This is a generalist role which will see the newly appointed HR specialist lead on many fronts covering all aspects of HR and will lead employee operations across USA, Canada and Mexico.
This appointment is business critical with the new hire being the most senior HR person across these respective locations.
What we are looking for:
• Greenfield site experience. The current HR function is basic to say the least so we are looking for a HR professional that has proven experience in building HR from a standing start.
• Must be fluent in BOTH English and Spanish.
• Strong knowledge of USA employment law (Additional knowledge of Canadian or Mexican employment law would be advantageous).
• Someone who is both experienced and comfortable operating in a stand-alone role. We need someone with self-drive and independence when it comes to ER issues, new policies and processes, rolling out HRIS systems etc.
About the Offer
$95,000 (US Dollars) + 20% Bonus + Benefits
