Our Procurement and Supply Chain Practice is one of the most successful businesses within the Group. It has been in operation for over 25 years, and we are highly respected in the sector with a substantial list of successful client relationships. We operate at the mid to senior level and we specialise in placing Heads of Procurement and Supply Chain as well as CPOs. We also work with Directors who lead spend management functions with global businesses.

We focus on a combination of retained and contingent Searches and we have placed Senior Executives in the UK, New York, Central Europe, Middle East and Far East. 

The role: 

We are looking to strengthen our capability in this field by hiring a consultant who can operate within the Banking & Financial Services sector, focusing on the recruitment of CPO’s and senior procurement professionals. This is a great opportunity to work with some very high calibre individuals in a high performing team.

Requirements:  

• • A proven track record of achievement within a recruitment/executive search consultant role.
  • Experience of delivering assignments at mid to senior level. Sector experience is an advantage, but not essential.
  • Ability to proactively build a client base from existing and new contacts and deliver a broad range of search and selection services.
  • A desire to work in a mature, professional, collegiate and quality-driven environment

This position comes with a very competitive basic salary and an open-ended commission scheme which includes a 50% of net fees level.
