Senior Asset Manage required for a family office operating in the UK and Europe – this role is Holland Based

A forward thinking, family office operating in the UK and Europe, who specialise in providing investment

Management and property services across Real Estate are seeking a Senior Asset Manager to be the face of their office in Holland.

The role will give the successful candidate the lead responsibility on a specific portfolio, requiring broad knowledge and expertise.

Job specification

• Through a proactive, collaborative, team-oriented approach, source, initiate, and drive value add asset management initiatives across the investment portfolio.
• Initiate, drive, engage, influence, and collaborate across the asset to protect and enhance the long-term value of the property investment portfolio, with a focus on both financial performance and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) factors.
• Through a hands-on approach and independent thinking, identify, originate, and execute value-add investment opportunities
• Plan, manage, and analyse asset level business plans, revenues, and costs for each asset throughout its lifecycle Create and enhance market relationships with managing agents, owners/principals and tenants
• Manage related third parties, e.g. consultants, managing agents, contractors, etc.

If you are an experienced Real Estate Asset Manager, with a background in managing a portfolio that requires you to use your own creative ideas, and be involved in a wide range of tasks that would vary day to day, this role could be for you. Candidates willing to relocate from London to Holland, would also be welcomed for this opportunity.
