We are recruiting selectively into our Technology, Change & Transformation team and have excellent opportunities for experienced and driven recruitment consultants.

psd’s Technology, Change & Transformation practice works in partnership with a broad range of clients, recruiting board-level, management and executive professionals, as well as subject-matter experts. We have a 25-year track record of providing Technology and Change professionals to many sectors and markets around the world.

Our recruitment consultant role is to:

• Focus on placing business and technology professionals
• Develop a relevant and continuous pipeline of new business as well as leveraging existing psd relationships
• Be responsible for end to end delivery (search, interview, select, close)
• Provide subject matter expertise, develop thought provoking articles and attend market events
• Engage, build and develop profitable long-term executive relationships

If you have a great track record of client development with a suitably relevant network of senior/executive contacts, a specialist knowledge of Technology recruitment and a history of delivering significant growth then we would love to hear from you. The successful candidates will focus on recruiting into the Retail, Leisure, Management Consultancies and DevOps sector.

This position comes with a very competitive basic salary and an open-ended commission scheme which includes a 50% of net fees level.
