PSD is retained to recruit for a Project Manager to be responsible for the successful end-to-end delivery of all property development projects, covering both new and refurbishment of existing sites for our client who is a leading leisure brand.
The business is creating a premium brand and the sites they take are large and developed with a multi-million pound budget. This is a new role and be responsible for:
Candidates will have prior experience of construction management or large fit out project delivery from a leisure, hospitality or retail environment (or acting as employers agent) and ideally hold building professional qualifications. Candidates will need excellent planning and organisational skills and be able to demonstrate solid financial management. A high attention to detail is required as are excellent communication and leadership skills and an ability to positively influence at all levels of the organisation. Candidates will have a good understanding of JCT Standard form and Design & Build contract administration and up to date knowledge of Building and Fire Regulations, and Health & Safety legislation.
