We are working exclusively with an Alternative Lender to hire a Project/Development Manager.
Our client provides stretch senior and mezzanine finance to established developers across the UK. The majority of the book is made up of residential loans but they are expanding into different asset classes. Part of the role will be to assist the Lending Directors on the initial feasibility study and then you will focus on the monitoring of said project.
Key responsibilities are, but not limited to:• Provide expertise across refurbishment and development monitoring services including the provision of;o Initial feasibility reportso Monthly progress reports assessing and approving monthly drawdowns, project completion and handover.• Work closely with the underwriting team to asses loans on the merits and assist with the final decision• Attend site visits and the construction stages of a project and deliver detailed reports• Build relationships with third parties
The successful candidate must be a qualified Quantity or building surveyor with experience in project management/monitoring in residential developments. Any experience of working for a similar lending organisation will be a benefit but is not a prerequisite.
