Head of People – independent restaurants – London
I am recruiting a Head of People for an up and coming restaurant group in London.
It is a start-up HR role so the successful candidate needs to be experienced enough to create HR processes, but not so senior that they can’t do everything themselves until the group opens more restaurants and can sustain more of a support team.
The Head of HR will be responsible for managing their own recruitment and training budgets.
Working closely alongside the Operations Director, the Head of HR will be responsible for creating training and development programs that will create inspired and committed teams and internal succession plans.
The Head of HR will deal with all ER issues, as well as thorough administration of all HR systems.
The Head of HR will be responsible for keeping the group legally compliant and an employer of choice. Working closely with the Operations Director and CEO, the Head of HR will make sure that diversity and fairness are embraced throughout the business.
