As a General Manager you will come from a strong rooms background be commercially strong and demonstrate the ability to lead and motivate your team providing day to day leadership and direction. You will have a proven success in drive sales and profitability forward and be able to demonstrate excellence customer care. Our client is also looking for candidates that are decisive decision makers in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities include: • Meet or exceed department and hotel targets, monitoring a variety of hotel systems via a clustered support team. • To control and monitor all hotel operations through a team of managers and supervisors • To ensure customer satisfaction by having managers establish and maintain quality control standards for products & services offered to the customers. • Ensure the control of costs and productivity through the establishment of standards of output for all aspects of the business. • To ensure that we outperform the market in our specific segment and that fair share is always exceeded. • To lead and develop an energetic workforce, having involvement in recruitment, learning and development, employee relations issue and team engagement initiatives.
