The role is to provide leadership, creativity and exceptional customer service, managing Front Office, Guest Services, Housekeeping and Concierge.
THE ROOMS DIVISION MANAGER:
– Strong background in volume, 4* hotels
– Proven ability to mentor and develop Rooms Division teams
– Rooms background is essential, ideally with experience as a Front Office Manager
– Ability to manage both profitability and guest satisfaction measures
– Proactively manage guest database to ensure loyalty
– Deliver training and build lasting interdepartmental relationships
