Our client is an ambitious and well established international property company whose focus is on investing and developing premium residential units in Central London and throughout Asia.
They wish to appoint a Sales & Marketing Director who will initially be accountable for the pre and post launch of a £300m+ development (700 to 800 units).
The major requirement is for an individual who has accrued substantial experience in the London market and is used to dealing with high net-worth individuals on a regular basis, where the marketing of properties will be far more discreet than is typically the case.
The position will be based in London but the successful candidate will ideally have worked internationally or have a strong network of overseas investors who have bought into the Central London market (or would like to). The client’s expectation is that the new Sales & Marketing Director will develop the brand identity, enhance the customer experience and improve the sales process, amongst many other challenges.
The emphasis of the Sales & Marketing Director will be on creating a sales process that reflects the nature of the products and also the implementation of a customer experience that is in line with the way the target audience expects.
This is a terrific opportunity for an ambitious and high calibre sales professional who has a track record of nurturing and developing clients who wishes to work on a high profiled residential scheme.
