Our client is a leading brand in the commercial hospitality sector and require a Maintenance Manager to assist in the effective running of the maintenance and facilities support of the restaurant estate. There are two key elements to this role:-
Manage the day to day running of the maintenance function, monitoring and managing contractors to ensure restaurants remain open and trading. Take responsibility for ensuring both reactive maintenance and PPM is dealt with efficiently.
Work with the Senior Management team to identify and suggest ways to get the best out of systems and propose improvements to the way in which the business delivers maintenance to the restaurant estate.
This is an interim assignment but could lead to a permanent role. Candidates must have recent experience in managing the maintenance for a food and beverage or restaurant business and be comfortable to get involved in the day to day management of maintenance support. Candidates need to have the depth of experience to be able to operate more strategically as well to identify and propose process improvements.
