This is a very unique, exciting new property in London. This General Manager role is leading a team to create bespoke and memorable experiences. Managing a new building, this GM must be able to lead housekeeping and maintenance teams, as well as being able to clearly demonstrate where they have delivered exceptional engagement scores. Ideally this candidate will have lifestyle experience.
THE ROLE – GENERAL MANAGER
– Develop and train your team to deliver exceptional, memorable stays
– Be active and involved with local businesses – be the face of the property!
– Build and maintain excellent relationships with the other General Managers across the group
– Lead a team of guest service, housekeeping and maintenance to achieve and exceed targets
– Experience as Front of House Manager, Rooms Manager or GM is ESSENTIAL
