My client is going through a period of growth and are looking to recruit a Call Centre Manager – Sales to oversee c.40FTE telesales staff through a team of team managers.
About the Role:
This role is to manage and lead a diverse team of individuals who sell consultatively into a nationwide business to business client base.
What we’re looking for:
An experienced telesales manager/contact centre manager who is used to managing and motivating people effectively in a consultative, lower volume, higher value sales environment.
They are currently implementing a new dialler so experience of dialler utilisation would be advantageous
You will recognise what drives performance and balance that with the development of your people and the unit. You will have a good head for numbers and be comfortable working with MI to drive a diverse group of individuals towards challenging yet achievable targets.
