As General Manager, you will be leading and mentoring the team, provide exceptional service to the members and being the face of the business.
What will the General Manager do:
Establish and implement best practices so that members are set up for success
Ensure the highest possible level of guest satisfaction
Develop your own initiatives with your team to continually drive high quality leads to your locations
Primary focus is operations across a portfolio of three locations
Create new ways to engage with your members and to contribute to their experiences
Experience as a General Manager, Front of House Manager or Operations Manager in a boutique or lifestyle hotel, members club or co-working
You have strong customer-service mentality, and enjoy going the extra mile to create bespoke relationships
An ability to build and create processes and can train staff to ensure they are implemented
