I’m not looking for anyone to reinvent the wheel, but to bring inspirational leadership to hardworking teams of managers and chefs and through this talent, to drive results in each of their restaurants.
Multi-site / operations experience is important alongside demonstrable commercial acumen. Tight P&L cost controls will be essential to get through this challenging period.
London and the South East; candidates will need to live on patch and be willing to put in the miles in order to be visible and accessible to their management and staff teams
