Consultant & Senior Consultant level

We have an opportunity for an experienced recruiter to work with our global management consulting clients.
Our Professional Services team places Consultants, Managers and Partners into consulting firms in the UK, Europe and Asia, in technology / business process change & transformation, payment technology, property and asset management, retail operations, travel, leisure, sport and health.
We have been recruiting into professional services for more than 25 years.
The work is both search and selection based at the highest grades. As well as working with the Big Four, Global Boutiques and Strategy Consultancies, we also work with Corporate Strategy and are increasing looking at Private Equity as an area of interest.

Experience within a recruitment/executive search consultant role.
Ability to proactively build a client base from existing and new contacts and deliver a broad range of search and selection services.
Outstanding relationship building and communication skills.
Solutions focused and passion for succeeding in a demanding and driven environment.

This position comes with a very competitive basic salary and an open ended commission scheme which includes a 50% of net fees level.

This role is based at our head office in the City of London.
