Emilia is a Senior Consultant in psd’s Finance & Accountancy sector, specialising in newly-qualified level roles across the North West across our key markets. With a strong background in Technology, Emilia has a passion for helping candidates with their careers and enjoys keeping up-to-date with industry news whilst helping professionals navigate their career paths and providing them with the best advice possible.

I prioritise building strong relationships with my clients. I enjoy taking the time to understand each of my clients unique aspirations, skills, and preferences, this therefore means that I can tailor my advice and support to their specific needs. I believe that a personalized approach is crucial in helping professionals make informed decisions about their careers. I am looking to network, connect and share ideas with like-minded professionals within the Finance sector.

I have been working with Senior candidates across various sectors, now focussing on the Finance and Accounting sector. Being an expert in senior search, I have worked very closely with senior leadership teams, to identify the relevant calibre of individual and ensures the right level of growth and journey. With over years’ experience in senior/executive search within finance, I have excellent knowledge across all sectors and I work on Newly Qualified Accountants and Accountants that are looking to make the move from practice to industry, amongst other areas.
