The Group CTO of a large European Payments business required an Interim Senior Transformation Lead with a strong track record of delivering cost efficiencies to deliver a European turnaround plan.
psd were engaged on an exclusive basis to begin the European search to recruit transformation expertise at short notice. The role of the Senior Transformation Lead was to quickly analyse the current business model / TOM and leverage the synergy potential according to the newly developed plan with the day-to-day business activities. The business was in a critical period, and behind schedule in regards to its operational and economic performance.
psd began a thorough search of highly experienced transformation and transition leads with the necessary expertise within payments, transformation, cultural change, multi country and multi languages businesses. A detailed candidate mapping exercise was undertaken, providing the client with up to date market data. Benchmarking, behavioural selection, evaluation and thorough referencing were all key components of the Search process. From a very strong shortlist of three transformation leads, the preferred candidate was selected to lead the programme.
The Senior Transformation Lead has successfully delivered the following to our client:
