Tell us about your psd career so far.

It has been a roller-coaster! When I first joined psd I was very impressed by the time and energy they invested into on-boarding new and inexperienced consultants. The induction and training program was comprehensive. That, coupled with the right attitude, tenacity and drive, enabled me to progress quickly and win the Consultant of the Year Award within the first two years.

What are your career aspirations with psd?

I would like to continue on my journey of personal growth and development to better myself as a search consultant. Learning is continuous. My next goal is a promotion to Associate Director and the opportunity to manage a graduate in the near future.
