Welcome to the
latest edition of PSD Sport InFocus. As we approach the end of 2017, we reflect
on how it has been another fantastic year for Sport from a spectator,
participant and business perspective.
From the Lions Tour
to New Zealand, Lewis Hamilton's record Grand Prix Championship win, the rise
of Anthony Joshua and Usain Bolt's last race in London, the sporting calendar
and back pages have once again not lacked excitement.
In this edition
we focus on “British” sport. We are hugely grateful to Charlie McEwen, Chief
Operating Officer of the British Lions, who has provided a fascinating insight
in to the Lions Tour to New Zealand; and to Julie Harrington, Chief Executive
of British Cycling, who is leading the organisation through a period of rapid
