The PSD Group, comprising PSD, Portfolio and Hoggett Bowers is now a privately owned International Search and Selection business. 51% of the PSD Group is owned by its management and staff, the remainder is owned by private investors.

Press Release: The PSD Group - Shanghai office
Portfolio, part of the PSD Group, has recently opened its third office – and its’ second in Asia. Located in Shanghai, and with a view to extending its’ executive and management recruitment capability to the hospitality, leisure and travel industry in Mainland China, this team is led by Madeleine Dong and Florian Kittler. Madeleine was until recently Manager of the TMS office in the region whereas Florian joins Portfolio from Mandarin Oriental to spearhead the hotel capability. Lisa Wu, formerly with Shanghai Expat.com also joins the team as Consultant.
Mark Robson, who heads Portfolio’s office in Hong Kong comments, “Madeleine, Florian and Lisa are already proving how valuable it is for Portfolio to have an on the ground presence in Mainland China and the Shanghai and Hong Kong offices will be working in close partnership." Lesley Reynolds, Chief Executive of Portfolio based in London states that this expansion is part of the PSD Group’s growth strategy and reflects the pace of development in Asia in the sector.

PSD is sponsoring the annual staff awards for the children's charity, Kids Company.
Kids Company is PSD's chosen charity and we support it through active fund raising and Matched Payroll Giving. Over the last few years PSD has raised over £30,000 for the charity.
The charities annual awards ceremony recognises and celebrates the courage and determination of children who have overcome enormous challenges and difficulties in their lives often including neglect, abuse and homelessness.
