Career progression &
Consulting staff can progress from Resourcer or
Consultant to Senior Consultant and then on to Principal Consultant. From
Principal Consultant staff may elect to pursue a management career progressing
to Associate Director, then on to Director and ultimately to Managing
Director. Alternatively Principal Consultants may also progress to Associate
Director and then onto Director without management responsibility.
